CRA 30 Year Fixed Conforming
Refinance at 6.125%

Rates have risen about 0.375% over the last 4 weeks. If you have a loan between $300,000 to $417,000, and are located in a minority census tract you may be eligible for a special CRA program that is offering a 30 year fixed at 6.125% with no closing costs. You must be able to document your income. Interest only is not allowed. APR 6.125%. Amounts less than $300,000 will have a slightly higher rate. Give me a call and I'll check your address to see if you qualify. Almost all of Union City qualifies, and many parts of Fremont are eligible. top

Save Easy Money on your Move to Windemere

Windemere is close to selling out. They have only 2 phases remaining. Clients who initial visit the community with me, will save an additional 2-4% off the negotiated price. On a $1M home that translates into $20,000-$40,000. That'll buy a lot of new furniture for the home. top

Investment Opportunities in Riverside County

Do you want to take advantage of the foreclosure market, but turned off by the risk of buying a property sight unseen in a foreclosure auction, as well as, the concern of hidden liens. Than consider getting a REO. That is Real Estate Owned by a Bank after foreclosure. Riverside County has one of the highest rates of foreclosures. Banks are holding real estate, and they need to get rid of it. This is depressing pricing for everyone in the county. Homes that sold for $500K are now available for $425. I prefer to buy in the cities of Temecula and Murietta - beautiful well planned communities that are thriving.
