Below are service I offer my buyers to help them feel comfortable about their future home:

• First-time home buyer class, where we'll:

(1) Analyze the benefits of home ownership (Rent vs. Buy), 

(2) Review a purchase contract and disclosures (so when it comes time to write the contract, you won't be stressed over the legal jargon as well as making the biggest purchase of your life to date)

(3) Financial modeling to give people a good understanding on affordability,

(4) I'll pre-qualify you for your purchase and explain what you may need to do to improve the rate a bank will offer you, and advise you on what to do so as not to jeopardize the approval.

(5) Mortgage analysis, so you understand the  pros and cons of various loan programs. There are many loan program, here we'll discuss the pros and cons of them.
 

• Provide you with a comparative property analysis prior to making a bid. We'll go over the recent sales, the alternatives on the market, and listings that are currently pending.
   
• Send you personalized flash emails on the newest listings, that meet your criteria.
   
• Set up appointments for you to see homes that interest you.
   
• Negotiate the contract, and help you understand all the necessary paperwork.
   
• Help you arrange financing.
   
• Be there at closing to answer your questions and make sure everything runs smooth.
   
• Provide access to handyman and contractors used by our property management group to handle any work required prior to move-in.
   
• Arrange for all inspections (Pest/Termite, Roof, Home/Property, Chimney, Structural, Foundation, Mold) you want completed, and be there for them to help you understand them.
